Founded by Jill Nelson, INUS represents the "I" in "Us," and is founded on the knowledge that individuals are the critical building blocks of successful teams. Jill provides a wide array of perspectives by drawing on her prior experience in coaching and consulting, relationship counseling, and systems organization, as well as her education both in business (MBA Drake University) and ministry (M.Div. Saint Paul School of Theology).

They work with both individuals and teams, allowing each to find the value in the other (and themselves).
